OBJETIVOS GENERALES
Recrear e innovar los lazos entre Salta y Santa Cruz de la Sierra con la finalidad de promover el comercio inter-ciudades en la región, y sentar las bases con vistas al desarrollo futuro de un bloque de ciudades del Sur Sudamericano o Megalópolis Inteligente Sur.
Se propone que urbes de mayor crecimiento y ciudades intermedias de menor desarrollo ubicadas en esta región geopolítica, hagan sinergia de sus ventajas competitivas en materia de economía, industria, tecnología, ciencia, conectividad, educación, infraestructura, comercio, turismo, ambiente, cultura y deportes, con el objetivo de potenciar sus desarrollos económicos y humanos.
OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS
Realizar una prospección de las potencialidades y ventajas competitivas de las ciudades de Salta y Santa Cruz de la Sierra en materia de industria, tecnología, conectividad, educación, infraestructura, comercio, turismo y comercio exterior, en línea con los ODS Agenda 2030.
Analizar activos de las ciudades en cada uno de los sectores citados, para determinar la importancia e incidencia en las economías regionales.
Estudiar la matriz económica y productiva de las ciudades, para que sean determinantes en el desarrollo de la región, desde el aumento de la productividad y competitividad nacional y regional; y en la contribución a la reducción de las brechas de desigualdad.
Elaboración de estrategias de ciudades en conjunto con todos los sectores para generar un comercio inter-ciudades con el fin de ver cuáles son las fortalezas y debilidades de cada ciudad y potenciarse mutuamente.

Esta segunda reunión contará con 14 expositores que se expondrán en paneles temáticos de Turismo, Desarrollo Inmobiliario, y Desarrollo Productivo. La sección invitada será Educación.
La actividad es organizada por la Municipalidad de la Ciudad de Salta y el Centro de Innovación Bolivia E3; cuenta con auspicio del Gobierno de la Provincia de Salta y la Corporación Futuro 5.0 de Colombia; y la colaboración del Consulado General de la República Argentina en Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia).
La reunión tiene por objetivos recrear e innovar los lazos entre las ciudades de Salta y Santa Cruz de la Sierra con la finalidad de potenciar sus desarrollos económicos y humanos.
